Payment & Refund Policy

This Payment & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through grilljoysupplies.com.com, operated from Ebisquare Str. 1, 6030 Ebikon, Switzerland. Accepted Payment Methods

Order Confirmation

Orders will only be shipped after full payment confirmation.

Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)

The 14-day period starts on the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

Return Conditions

Returned pools and accessories must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all included parts, manuals, and accessories intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, pools that have been filled with water or assembled cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrectly delivered. If the goods are not defective or delivered incorrectly, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please return items to: Ebisquare Str. 1, 6030 Ebikon, Switzerland.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as your original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. The refund will include the price paid for the returned items and standard delivery costs. If you selected express or premium shipping, those extra charges will not be refunded.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is completed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned, except if defective or delivered incorrectly:

  • Pools or pool accessories that have been filled, used, or installed
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Items clearly marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase
Defective or Incorrect Goods

We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost to you, in line with your statutory rights.
