Returned pools and accessories must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all included parts, manuals, and accessories intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, pools that have been filled with water or assembled cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrectly delivered. After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days.
